FUMF reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, pricing, or website content at any time without prior notice.

We may refuse or cancel orders if fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or suspicious behavior is detected.

1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Many FUMF products are produced in limited quantities, handmade, or released through exclusive drops.

Availability is never guaranteed.

Products may sell out without notice.

2. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Our sterling silver rings are individually handmade.

Because of this:

• Minor variations may occur
• Surface marks, texture differences, and handmade irregularities are considered part of the product’s character
• No two pieces are exactly identical

These characteristics are not considered defects.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Certain releases may operate on a pre-order basis.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that production and shipping timelines may be extended beyond standard fulfillment periods.

Estimated timelines are provided for reference only and may change due to production delays, supplier issues, or circumstances outside our control.

All prices are listed in EUR (€).

FUMF reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

We do not store full payment information.

7. SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all shipping, customs, and import policies before purchasing.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and additional import fees imposed by their country.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FUMF shall not be liable for:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

Event rules, age restrictions, ticket conditions, and entry policies may vary depending on the event.

FUMF reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or violation of event rules.
