At FUMF, every piece is produced with intention, limited quantities, and attention to detail.

Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or released in limited drops, our return policy differs by product category and region.

HANDMADE STERLING SILVER RINGS

All handmade sterling silver rings are final sale.

Each ring is individually handmade and may include unique variations that are part of the product’s character.

We do not offer:

• Refunds
• Exchanges
• Cancellations after production begins

Exceptions apply only if an item arrives defective or incorrect.

SOCKS

For hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable and final sale.

HOODIES & APPAREL — GREECE + EUROPEAN UNION

Returns and exchanges are accepted for hoodies and apparel orders delivered within Greece and the European Union within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds are not offered for apparel.

Approved returns will receive:

• Store credit
or
• Exchange for another size/product (subject to availability)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, are currently final sale.

Exceptions apply only if:

• The wrong item was shipped
• The item arrives damaged or defective

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

• Order number
• Description of issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
