FUMF ships from Athens, Greece.

We currently ship within Greece, most European Union countries, the United States, and Switzerland.

PROCESSING TIMES

Because many of our products are handmade or released in limited drops, processing times vary by product.

Our sterling silver rings are handmade in-house.

Estimated production time:

3–5 weeks before shipment

HOODIES & APPAREL

In-stock apparel orders are typically processed within:

1–3 business days

For pre-order drops, processing times may be extended. Estimated timelines will be stated on the product page during release periods.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier operations.

FUMF is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, FUMF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking information.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

FUMF is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
